bh99a Responsible Gaming —
Keep the Fun Within Limits
Gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. bh99a helps you stay in control with simple tools and support.
Why Gaming Should Be Played Responsibly
Online gaming is a great source of entertainment. At bh99a, we believe every player's experience should be enjoyable and controlled. Gaming should never harm your daily life, your family, or your financial stability.
Responsible gaming means deciding for yourself how much time and money you spend, not playing impulsively to recover losses, and not treating gaming as a source of income. We are here to help you maintain those limits.
The bh99a platform has several tools that help you play mindfully and take a break when needed. This page explains all those features and guidance in detail.
Important Reminders
- Gaming is for entertainment — not for earning money
- Only spend money you can afford to lose
- Do not place more bets to recover losses
- Do not play under the influence of alcohol or any other substance
- If you feel the need, seek help — there is no shame in it
Protection Tools in Your Control
bh99a lets you set gaming limits and take a break whenever you need one.
Deposit Limit
Set your own maximum on how much you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.
Session Time Limit
Decide how long you play in a single session. When the time is up, you will be prompted to take a break — so you never lose track of time.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break from gaming, you can temporarily close your account for a set period. Just contact support and it will be activated.
Gaming History Review
You can view all your transactions and betting history at any time. It is the most effective tool for understanding your own patterns.
Cooling-Off Period
Activate a cooling-off period for any duration starting from 24 hours. During this time you will not be able to log in to your account — give yourself time to reset.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about your gaming, reach out to the support team via live chat or email at any time — you can speak in Bengali.
21+ Age Requirement and Eligibility
The minimum age to register and play on bh99a is 21. This is not just a rule — it is our firm commitment to protecting minors.
We verify age during account verification. If an account is suspected to belong to a minor, it is suspended immediately.
If any minor in your household uses the device, use parental control software and do not share your account password with anyone.
What You Can Do to Protect Minors
- Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone
- Always log out after playing
- Disable password saving in your browser
- Do not leave your device unattended around children
- Install parental control software

For a longer break, email [email protected] or let us know via live chat. Your account will remain closed for the specified period.
